With the recent lockdown rules due to COVID-19 we are still able to ship locally and internationally however please allow up to an additional 7-10 working days for your shipment as the demand has increased hugely along with the delays our carriers are experiencing through this time. We will do our best to get your orders out as fast as we possibly can.

PRICING
All prices displayed are in New Zealand dollars and include GST.
Lily's Bridal Boutique will not be responsible for any costs on returning/exchanging of products.

Lily's Bridal Boutique are able to cancel and refund purchases at any time in the instance of genuine error.

Colour and Customization
1.The real colour of the product may be slightly different from the pictures shown on website caused by many factors such as brightness of your monitor and light brightness ,or may vary due to lighting on images .
2. We have a professional wedding dress factory to provide you with high quality wedding dress. If you want a custom size or design dress please email lilysbridalboutique.nz@gmail.com
Sizing
1. Because the wedding dress is a special clothing, manual measurement with 1-2 cm manufacturing error.
2. Please strictly follow the our size chart to select the size. Do not select directly according to your habits.
3. If you are used to buying in NZ or AUS sizing, please view the size chart at each end of the photos for best sizing choice.
